At just 5ft (152cm) tall, Maya easily adapts to roles of different ages.
She lives within the M25, close to London and Elstree Studios, placing her right at the heart of numerous acting opportunities. Currently out of licence, Maya is often available on short notice.
Maya truly shines on set, where she effortlessly connects with her characters and the emotional nuances of each scene. She excels at following direction and quickly adapts to any changes requested by the director.
Acting isn’t just a job for Maya—it’s her passion. Thanks to her supportive college, she’s got great flexibility to pursue her roles.
Maya studies at Arts 1 Sixth Form, working towards a Level 3 BTEC in Acting. She also hones her skills weekly at Boden’s College of Performing Arts, LeBlanc School of Acting, and with various independent coaches.
Maya speaks in a clear Received Pronunciation (RP) but can switch into a variety of accents including American, Scottish, Irish (Northern and Southern), and Australian. She’s bilingual too, fluent in both English and Danish, and holds both British and European (Danish) passports.
She’s committed to her craft, studying acting for TV and film, alongside additional classes in acting, singing, and various dance styles like tap, ballet, jazz, commercial, and modern—five days a week.
There’s nothing Maya loves more than the buzz of a TV or film set.
In her free time, Maya enjoys horse riding, horse jumping, ice skating, roller skating, rollerblading, and swimming.
