At just 5ft (152cm tall) Maya is able to play both up and down in age. 

Living within the M25, very close to London and right near Elstree Studios she is very central to most work opportunities.  She is also well known to her local licensing authority and she is very often available at short notice. 

Maya thrives on set. With the skill to connect with both the character she’s playing and the emotion of the scene, she is excellent at taking direction and implementing changes given to her by the Director.

Her passion is acting. An exceptionally supportive school means she has excellent availability and can be licensed quickly.

Maya trains weekly with Boden’s College of Performing Arts, LeBlanc School of Acting and with a number of independent teachers and coaches.

Maya’s natural voice is RP, however she is proficient in a number of accents including American, Scottish, Irish and Australian and enjoys “American Saturday” when she speaks in nothing but an American accent.  She is also bilingual, speaking both English and Danish.  She holds both a British and European (Danish) passport.

Currently studies her craft 5 days a week, and in addition to the classes above, she takes 121 classes in Acting for Television and Film and further classes in Acting and Singing.

Maya loves nothing more than being on a tv or film set.

She enjoys horse-riding whenever she can, Hula Hooping, Ice Skating, RollerSkating, Rollerblading and Swimming.
